Delivery Methods
Nova Poshta Transport Company
- The delivery is carried out to any branch of Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine within 2 to 5 working days, except for the temporarily occupied territories (Donetsk region, Luhansk region, the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea).
- After the manager dispatches your order, you will receive a text message with the express waybill number. It enables you to track your order at any time and find out when it arrives to the selected branch on the official website of Nova Poshta.
- Be sure to check the integrity of the parcel and its compliance with the order at the branch before paying.
International Delivery
- The cost, timing and specific delivery service are discussed individually with the manager of the online store.
- When ordering in other countries - delivery tariffs according to the cost at Ukrposhta.
- Delivery time - from two to four weeks.
Customer Pickup from the Studio
- You can place an order for the model you are interested in and pick up your purchase at the nearest VOVK Clothing Studio.
Other Delivery Options
- There is also a door-to-door delivery by Nova Poshta courier.
Payment Methods
Cash
- Cash payment upon receipt of goods* (door-to-door delivery, customer pickup from the studio).
- This payment method applies exclusively to delivery within the territory of Ukraine.
Visa & MasterCard
- Online payment with a Visa and MasterCard through the LiqPay system.
- Please note that with this payment method, the delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.
Cash on Delivery with Nova Poshta
- Payment for the order by cash on delivery is carried out after inspecting the parcel for compliance with the order at the branch of Nova Poshta.
- A commission of 2% from the order amount is charged by Nova Poshta, plus 20 UAH for the transfer of funds.
- If, for some reason, the order did not suit you, you simply refuse to receive the parcel and do not pay for anything.
Other Payment Options
- It is possible to pay through PrivatBank terminal or cash desk, Privat24 application, IBox or other cash terminals. The details for payment will be provided by the manager after confirming the order.
Please note! For residents of other countries, payment for the order is carried out using a money transfer (in national currency at the commercial exchange rate on the day of payment). The order is sent after 100% prepayment (cost of goods + shipping).
