Loyalty Program

VOVK brand is changing its loyalty system! Now, instead of plastic cards, you will receive bonuses from each purchase.

The amount of bonuses accumulation for a regular customer is determined depending on the total amount of accumulation on the account. You can check it using the phone number.

There are the following categories of bonus percentages for the customers:

- after the first purchase, the client receives 5% of bonuses from the total amount of the purchase;

- 7% of bonuses is granted after accumulating the total amount of purchases of UAH 15,000;,

- 10% of bonuses is granted after accumulating the total amount of purchases of UAH 25,000.

Your current discount (5%, 7% and 10%) remains, but now it is equal to the percentage of accumulated bonuses.

1 bonus = 1 hryvnia.

Throughout April 2024, double bonuses will be credited to all customers!

Bonuses are automatically credited on the 15th day after purchase.

Bonuses are stored on the bonus account for 6 months after the last purchase. You can check the number of accumulated bonuses in your personal account on vovk.com or by asking in any VOVK studio.

500 bonuses are given to the buyer as a birthday gift.

Gift bonuses are valid for 3 days only (the day before the birthday, on the birthday and the day after the birthday).

When a customer accumulates bonuses, he can use them to get a discount on his next purchase. You can pay up to 50% of the total purchase price with the bonuses.

* Bonuses do not cover and are not credited to promotional products, sale category products, last chance products, certificates and packages.

• Anyone over the age of 18 can become a member of the bonus accumulation loyalty program.
• To register a bonus account, the buyer must specify the phone number to which it will be registered during the purchase process.
• The participant of the loyalty program gives the consent to register his personal data in the customer database.
